I guess they assume you won't cancel the card since you've received over a million points on it, so that's why there's no retention offer.
That's what I was thinking about then a friend asked if I got a Christmas gift and I haven't (yet) I wonder if they take into account spend with competitors as part of their retention offers. I got a CSR in July and have spent about 100k on it since then. I wish that would make them think I am a flight risk lol
Alternatively with most of my spend with them being 5x category maybe they just don't think I am a valuable customer. I'll definitely be reaching out a few more times to see if anything changes.
