Thank you All for these insights - I have narrowed this down further and indeed hesitating between the two Aman properties or the Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay. The former are over double the price than the FS - it's a bit hard to justify but I'll keep digging in this thread until firming up the booking. I always had great times at Aman properties but the prices in Bali seem very steep compared to other luxury properties.
