Yes, it's correct - what you are seeing is the effect of Reward Flight Saver (RFS) pricing on the J cabin. RFS pricing effectively reduces the cash component, at the expense of more Avios

RFS pricing doesn't apply to F, so you see the old style pricing.

As you can see in your screenshot, you still have the option to pay less Avios (100,000) and broadly the same Taxes, Fees and Charges in J (£1700) if you wish.
