The database uses the base miles/points credited. You are including the class of service bonus for Business class and that’s why the amount is higher in your example.
Assuming [MENTION=497207]querion[/MENTION] correctly entered the ticket parameters or used the PNR tool, I think the real issue is just that the YYZ-DEL and DEL-BLR distances have both changed. I'll update the database.
