Virgin Atlantic reservation system disabled
Hi All,
I've been trying to book a flight 2 months in the future for the past couple of days. I was getting this message: Sorry, we don't have enough seats available on this flight - please try flexible dates to see alternative options.#101767R
This was for all dates. I called the Virgin Gold line and it turned out they couldn't enter a booking either. I was told there must be a massive schedule change which makes all future flights unavailable until they finish the change.
Today I saw the front end of the web site change. I'm trying to book Virgin, to retain my Gold - but at this rate I might just book w someone else.
Does anyone know what's going on and when reservation would be back online?
