Did you book through TK directly or through a TA/OTA, if you did the latter the confirm button might not show up.
Both bookings were made online directly through TK's website.
1. On my booking the "Confirm" button did not show up, but after calling customer support everything was confirmed over the phone.
2. On my mom's booking the "Confirm" button DID show up, which led to a summary screen with a final confirmation button/link... but that one generated an error message. Calling customer service didn't help, they mentioned something about not being able to confirm and suggested I call back the next day.
Am I just having bad luck with the TK website or are such problems commonplace?
