I am a fairly regular A380 1A/K traveller and I will admit that I have taken to (with permission of the crew) slipping upstairs so that I can get off quicker.
Having said that my wife was apparently recently beaten-off by dylanks (wait, what?) (she 1K, he 1A) after she went upstairs and he waited patiently for M2L/M1L to be opened at DFW!

My experience is that they will almost always hold back those behind 2L to allow the F cabin to deplane before those behind 2L, even if that actually means allowing the forward CWS cabin off first (for instance in the refurbished 777s).
