I am not sure which parking entrance, as I always use the one that leads directly down to LG2. I did not face this issue. The (foreign) guard at the LG2 door leading to the lifts were always very friendly and always opened the doors even before I arrive and one of them even at times goes in and already calls the elevators for me.

Wow,seems like you did have a bad experience from your last stay. The only issue I had, but I did not bother to complain was the room from the 2nd stay
- door had to be shut hard for it to lock
- had to " learn" how to correctly open the door after the key card was tapped against the door
- safety box was not working

all I saw as minor issues and left it.
