Killing the app doesn't fix, nor rebooting the phone .. Can login fine on ba.com
Had to get the desk to print be a paper card as the app one has vanished !
New one for me .. killing the app always fixed it before !
I had this problem a few weeks back and while looking for solutions online I found a post online which suggested that the latest iteration of the BA App (Android, in my case) has issues with some 'special' characters used in passwords - specifically the '@' character was mentioned as causing problems (unfortunately I cannot now find the link to the post concerned). When I reset my password to one without this character I was able to get back into the App.
Why the App should object to certain password characters when the website does not is odd but is probably covered by the exclamation "BA and their IT!" but if this applies to you, consider a password reset.
