Exactly. 30-ish years ago, many of us were drinking from DC-10 onboard drinking fountains. We eat in restaurants all around the world where every employee thoroughly washes hands and serves us with well-sanitized service ware. And this doesn't even mention the purified ice everywhere I consume a beverage.
I've had far more unsanitary things in my mouth than airplane coffee, and have lived. And no, don't go there!
