I would suggest you call QR to make the booking. This may be a payment platform problem, but you may also be seeing phantom availability on the website which is why it never confirms. Try the Doha number, this should be on your main dashboard page once you login. Calling on skype or similar isn't expensive. Or you could try the live chat function.
