I have tried to make an avios redemption booking six times and every one has failed at the payment stage.
Instead of getting the booking confirmation page, it shows '404 page not found'.
My bank confirms that they are authorising payment, but Qatar Airways is automatically reversing it.
The avios amount has never been taken either.
I've tried all the things like clearing browser data, incognito mode, different browser, different device, different payment card etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this before I finally give up?
