As far as DL L/U/T/X/V fares, I don't ever recall seeing such non-refundable fare filings on EF. That was definitely a post-Covid development. While the cheap WN WGA fares never had change fees, they were still non-refundable.
L was the bottom a long time ago and I definitely saw those refundable. K was the second from the bottom and they happen more often. This was by no means the normal. It just wasn't unheard of.
