When I stayed there in September there were multiple issues with the hotel. My room wasn't cleaned multiple times (it was for a 7 night stay) and dirty towel left in the room and I think they gave us a faulty room. So after directly complained to the GM and got a reply from him and we got to move room and they comped us breakfast. We tried the breakfast and it was really substandard - no refill, wrong tag for the food (it said fish congee and it was something else), cold food etc. and the first day the hotel didn't communicate to the restaurant staff properly so we weren't on the list and they had to call and confirm.
I brought the issue up with the GM over a breakfast and he got them fixed and the breakfast got much better and we were back on the list.
Were there still 3 guards chitchatting by the parking entrance?
