This is, of course, very easy in theory. My question is more if it becomes an issue in reality. If KQ caused a delay and as you say "The carrier that caused the issue" is responsible to reroute you, how much support from KQ is there at BKK?

I've had issues with misconnects intra *A and the partner airline (now stuck with me) has almost always provided excellent service. Can the same be expected from TG in BKK if KQ caused the mis-connect or would I be stuck having to call KQ to fix the issue?
