Update 2: Still waiting for the promised EMD, 11 days later. Have tried calling a couple of times but the customer service line doesn't seem to work, just get placed on indefinite hold after selecting English and eventually it disconnects. This is very frustrating as I have flights I'd like to book. I'll be flying with "anyone but Thai" if it doesn't show up soon!
