None of those tasks require professional skills. Do they have a relative/neighbor/friend who has experience traveling by air who could take them to the airport, and help them with check-in and getting to security/document check? Can you email them a map of each airport they will be in, with probable gate numbers indicated? Attach a photo of an arrivals/departures monitor, explain how to read one?
