
"Chicken with Pecan" as second meal on LHR-SIN SQ319 (A380) departing Dec 10. It had a fairly thick breading, a bit like a soggy/sticky fried chicken, rather than what one may imagine by the wording "nut crusted roast chicken breast". This one was a lot more generously portioned than the Beef Filet I had for Meal #1 but it was admittedly overpoweringly sweet (said by a Canadian that is used to maple syrup on everything -- they didn't try to balance out the sweetness in this dish). All that said, I liked it more than Meal #1, and thankfully the FA didn't forget the appetizer this time 😄
