Yap. That's why when they say Lifetime Plat, it's not really Marriott's Lifetime Plat. I also said that during the presentation in response. So they said it's Plat for life, for as long as we are owner of the Westin VC.

But the Plat status is a bonus, not the reason to buy into the program. I'd like to find out, and I think the same for most people, what the redemption requirements are, and how easy/hard it is to book the properties (what the availability is like) . If many properties are hard to book into, then it doesn't matter how wonderful the properties sound, the program isn't attractive.
