The way you can do this is that you book a random Lhr-jfk-lhr flight with all the people you want to travel in October. This has to be done before the voucher expires. Then when the October dates become available then you need to call and amend the booking. The agent must not to cancel the flight but add the new segments first then when it’s confirmed then remove the old and reissue the e-ticket. The problem is that you would have to pay the change fee per person unless you are GGL.
