- rooms in wing 5
- not sure, could be you get a kettle only, Illy coffeemachine is for club/suites
- close to lobby+ main pool + Taman Gita breakfast room + garden view
Singaraja is the inferior lounge, true, it is indeed
Think lounge with non-alcoholic drinks only EDIT : local beer + wines are offered 17.30 - 18.30
BUT your lounge pass is valid for the better Club Intercontinental lounge (+ access + all F&B in there)
You only cannot use the Club Intercontinental pool + all free flow F&B there

Your lounge pass would always grant you acdess to the official named & designated "Club" Intercontinenral lounge

The hotel will only max upgrade "officially" to Duplex Club Suite (the one with stairs)

The only benefit to buy Club is IMO:
- use of Club pool (+ free flow F&B there)
- inroom Illy Coffeemachine
- close to Club pool
- located in wing 6 (most quiet as next to unused open lawn)
- Club Intercontinental lounge access (but moot if you've got the annual lounge pass)
* there might be other benefits

The specialty suites + the villas come with a button : dial B for Butler : can handle any request under the sun and saves a trip to the Club Lounge reception
