I usually fly with Virgin in upper class when going to London for work. However, I’ve got to fly Premium Economy this time. I’ve got loads of points and am looking to upgrade if I book.

I’ve confirmed there’s award availability on my flight (BOS<>LHR). Does anybody know the approximate cost to upgrade one way (I.e, BOS-LHR) (Points+cash)? If it’s just points I can probably talk my wife into letting me do it, but if there’s a significant cash component along with the points it’ll like be a no go.
