I've done a stop in Antigua 3 times now (assume same as UVF), twice to Providenciales and last month to Aruba.

I actually like it, it's a chance to have a walk around, quick chat with the crews, freshen up and change into more suitable clothing for the climate. Then it's a 90 minute flight to the final stop.

I tell my wife that it's only like getting a transfer from the Airport to the hotel, it's just our transfer is the plane!

As others have said, you stay on the plane and identify your hand luggage. Once "Boarding Complete" is called the crew are quite relaxed about changing seats.
