Sorry, I was not clear. If OP has an award booking done prior to March 28 of 2023 devaluation at a lower points, it is my understanding that any revision to the award booking will re-fare based on the current higher points. At least this was what my Concierge told me. I need to make sure my dates are set prior to booking or "split" them up a little, use Guest of Honors for people that will be travelling with me....etc. Once flights are confirmed, cancel the extra night(s) if needed and not trigger the re-fare.
