You stay onboard during the Caribbean hops whilst the crew change occurs and any fresh catering is loaded depending how long the shuttle is. Once the new crew is onboard you identify your bags, any connecting passengers board and then you're off. From experience scheduled departure time means little on these connecting flights and once everything that needs doing is done you'll be on your way so I'd imagine even if there was a lounge worth visiting they'd be reluctant to let you off.
