In PNH you may use the Plaza Premium Lounge. It's not bad, it's spacious, has showers and a dimly lit quiet area as well as a spa with massage services. It has a noodle station, the Laksa you can order at the very left hand side tastes good. There are other hot food options as well as desserts, fruit, packaged sandwiches, alcohol, Cambodian beer.

Don't bother getting to PNH too early for check-in though. If you arrive more than 2 hours before your flight, there won't even be check-in desks assigned.
