At PH Washington DC, I was told that I was able to stack both FHR and Globalist breakfast credits, which means I had $200 to spend for breakfast. My check, with tips, was $145, and all was wiped off when I checked out. Also, they do not serve alcohol during breakfast.
That may be what the check in agent says, but I suspect it’s more likely that the Globalist breakfast took over.
On my FHR stay, I was told I could choose either FHR or the Globalist benefit (being basically unlimited breakfast). She almost didn’t give me the FHR letter and a very nice amenity if I had said Globalist. So I picked FHR and I noticed on my app that there was a charge for amount over the limit (only $30 per person, which isn’t much). So I stopped by on check out and asked a different agent, and she said wiped everything off because I’m a Globalist.
On my Prive stay, the agent told me I get free breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults, and with Prive, I get breakfast for 2. “So that’s 6 people! That’s a lot of breakfast!” I was highly skeptical. I suspect the hotels just remove all breakfast charges.
