Any speculation as to what the top 5 US uses would be for a May or June use? Please don’t add PHNYC it’s a terrible property overall I’d rather go to Beaver Creek and Aviara sadly.

I specifically say May or June with Category changes in March taking place as I’m hopeful some Category 8 properties will come down like Alila Encinitas which only went up to Category 8 last year likely due to a high 2022 ADR.
