For PH Washington DC, the prepaid FHR rate was not eligible for points for the room rate, but the incidental spend was, according to my concierge.

At PH Washington DC, I was told that I was able to stack both FHR and Globalist breakfast credits, which means I had $200 to spend for breakfast. My check, with tips, was $145, and all was wiped off when I checked out. Also, they do not serve alcohol during breakfast.
