I have gone through security in every single one of those airports with liquids staying in my carry-on, and was never asked to take it out, most recently out of VIE on Thurs and FRA on Friday. Even two weeks ago in LHR (where in my experience they're more particular about this stuff than elsewhere) liquids stayed inside the carryon. It's a thing they say you have to do, but rarely enforce. Rarely enough that I recall the last time it happened to me: in 2010 in IAD. However, I should note that I usually just have mouthwash and toothpaste. Perhaps that's why it's almost always let through.
