If you are going to take the side seats, there is only one decision -- bulkhead or not.
I like the bulkhead for more leg space, no one reclining into you and easier egress for the window person. The downside is slightly narrower seat as the video monitor stows in the arm rest. Bulkheads have a different legrest -- neither bulkhead or non-bulkhead legrest is great and its is an individual preference issue.
Also bulk head has no underseat storage but non-bulkhead has very little due to legrest.
The recline is the same for all seats (no extra recline in last row). The non-bulkhead advantages are the reverse of the bulkhead comments.
Generally the PremPlus cabin, especially side seats are very similar on all UA aircraft -- see Premium Plus (Premium Economy) seats and Experience
There is a bulkhead wall between PremPlus and economy
