SQ319 LHR-SIN on Dec. 10. BTC "Grilled Beef Fillet".

Overcooked but edible. Particularly liked the potatoes.

Service flow was canapé served 1.5 hours after departure, 15 minute wait, white cloth laid down, 10 minute wait, single piece of garlic bread, 20 minute wait, main course, 10 minute wait, dessert trolly with choice of ice cream, cake, or cheese. For some unknown reason I was entirely skipped over for the appetizer. Hair on the main course dish but it wasn't touching the food so I just ignored it. Refills have also been slow, unsurprisingly. Not the best service tonight, I guess. Too bad, first time trying the SQ A380 and was otherwise quite happy about trying this flight. Regional J has been consistently a better experience.
