Given the new program is dependent on MQD’s they really should make it easier to figure this stuff out.
As long as the flights are all Delta marketed (irregardless of who actually operates the flight), you can just use the base fare (plus any carrier imposed fees) to calculate MQD earn. There's no carrier-imposed airline fees on tickets to SCL currently, so it will just be base fare as listed in your receipt.
