Biggest issue I can see is the requirement to put away laptops, tray tables up and all that, meaningfully before arrival. On business / weekday trips, that's valuable time lost for unclear benefit given that it takes only 30 seconds, without getting up, to put a laptop in a work bag and place it under the seat.
thats a legit beef, some Grinch constantly posting about service issues is not.
