5J have extended travel vouchers several times - I cannot remember the latest iteration. Have you logged in and checked the validity in your travel fund?
Personally, if they cancelled I would have gone for a refund and filed a chargeback for services not delivered if it was not forthcoming. Their fare being "non-refundable" means nothing if they failed to deliver the service.
Have tried to extend it but it is not allowing me to do so and now I have asked someone to look into for an extension. He thinks it would be done soon.
