This has only happened to me once on UAL from GIG-IAH back in 2008 IIRC.......the bizz cabin had a little party with the FA's serving bevvies non-stop from the carts until we all decided to sleep. Everyone (the pax) was quite chatty and friendly versus your usual subdued experience.
