I know - I was just adding a data point in case it may be useful for others. I've had good experience on the new scanners lately; maybe it took the staff some time to train up on the new systems and that's why they were slower than the old ones.
Patrickschmidt, I also saw them rotate the bag in 3D on the scanner interface; they can even virtually "slice" the bag and inspect the contents layer by layer. I suspect that's what's happening when they do the secondary scans in MUC now and stare at the screen for a while.
