I also used to really enjoy dining in this way when travelling with the wife. Not just eating but also playing backgammon, which we both really enjoy. One of the things which differentiated from CW.

Did an F return to JFK recently and the new seat is a big improvement. Obviously bigger screen and suite walls mean it would be impractical to retain buddy dining.

Same with the middle seats in CW when with family. Really nice space when travelling with children. I realise it’s not great when sharing a middle pair with a stranger though.
