Love this and sad it has started to disappear, especially on very long flights to the far east etc when sleep is only a small part of the journey.

I am aware of quite fundamental changes in the F cabin coming to BA, unsubstantiated but from an impeccable senior source, which will create more space. I hope the ability to dine a deux is one of them. Although I appreciate the need to ensure it doesn’t turn into a bachanalian party.
