I have queued for immigration 1-2 hours in countries, who claim to be far more developped than Thailand...
At least at BKK, you can always make sure you are entitled for fast track immigration, where I usually get through in 1-2 minutes and never more than 10 minutes...
something that does not even exist in those "developped" countries....
