So as we are all about to start jumping on our suitcases to fit everything in Christnas/Hanukkah present-wise for our tropical family reunion.
I spent this morning sending the hotel's arrival email + family event schedule with all the latest opening times to my sister in Paris so she can hammer it in her kids , brother in Zurich so he can prepare his latest conquest and me even going so far in printing it for our elderly family relatives. Nina dropped by for her morning coffee
gossip and she casually mentioned if i should not print it in larger fonts to ease it for Mother, S/O parents...... after nonchalantly getting her own reading glasses out ..... You might wonder why so much effort..... previous experiences lead by my sister and brother were pure verbal input of data which led to so much confusion, mix ups and throwing verbal pies at each other, not unlike a French Farce.

Hotel was so kind to plan with me the room allocation so both my kids will have connecting door with my sister's kids. All elderly family members'room do not have stairs so no duplex upgrades at all please and all on the same floor. This will be for both my siblings the first time to stay in Bali at the IHGcompetition, both are or Hilton or Accor devoted, so let's hope for the best......for this family reunion, i saved at least 2 years worth of points for award rooms, booked other rooms at advance purchase rate (cost divided 1/3 by my siblings and me for our parents, inlaws and such)
Best to have big splash now because some of our travelling party are due to hit >80
