For DPS airport transfers, booking through Klook.com is usually the cheapest. Also, Klook now has a "lounge" at DPS after exiting the arrivals area, but before the pickup area, so you can sit comfortably and wait for your driver to show up with the car instead of going to the parking building in the heat.

The nor1 upgrade emails started coming in early November. I got them in the same week for a few reservations around Asia, so maybe a mass signup for IHG across Asia.
