I haven't seen any customer service chat. Android did seem to get a major(ly buggy) update this week. Is it IOS only or during regular buiness hours?

Chat & Messaging is a new feature and we are still building out capabilities.
At this time, a limited number of Guests in the United States may be randomly selected to receive access to the Chat functionality on Marriott.com.
