Was it a prepaid or pay on check out rate?

I also looked through my confirmation emails for the past 2 years, and I found one which did not mention the rate at all.

I have noticed that the rate information occasionally disappears from the app if the hotel upgrades me before arrival (but not the auto upgrade). Rarely, the rate info also disappears for an unknown reason even when I'm not upgraded.
