EL is open ONLY on friday & saturday evenings starting at 5:30 pm, 3 hot dishes + beer & cheap wine.

This lounge is simply not good. I completely stopped going to it, and just go to the hotel's main buffet instead.
The EL just serves the worst few dishes from the main buffet, it seems.
And yeah, it's in Hebei. Wasn't much a problem....until Covid, as it then became virtually inaccessible from Beijing.
