No, they should have been pulled when you booked, but whoever booked apparently forgot to attach them. Eventually, the property should go looking for them when they reconcile their reimbursement. I would not risk re-using them, as the property may charge you the club access rate if the certificates are gone.
The Marriott luxury reps made both bookings. And the certificates hadn’t been pulled 3-4 weeks after the stay. They expired yesterday, so are now no longer trackable by yours truly.
