Kind of disgusted with the Amex Reserve retention offer. After only offering me 7500 miles for 1K spend a few days ago, yesterday they claimed there was no retention offer at all anymore. And the agent claimed it very quickly via chat, making me think he didn’t even check. I’ve probably spent 250-300K on this card over the years.

Thinking I will cancel this card today (of course who knows, maybe they’ll give me a halfway decent offer when I show that I’m going through with it, doubtful), and when there’s a good Amex Business Reserve signup offer out there, open one of those cards.
