Wife’s account locked as a precaution.
Hello everyone, just returned home from a cruise and have been met by an email advising my wife that her BA account has been locked as a precaution after “some unusual activity on your account”. The email states they will get back in around two weeks but she has a voucher we were planning to use and now we cannot get access to this.
The above account is in a household account with myself and I can get log in to BA as normal although I am getting a constant error message if I try and go to my account to check transactions via that route. I can see that the avios total is as expected but cannot actual access my account page or access the vouchers held in the household account.
Is there anything I can do to get access to my wife’s two for one voucher as we could really do with booking a flight whilst the availability is there?
