Yeah I use it nearly every stay (extra towels, late checkout confirmation, more water bottles please, housekeeping, etc.)

It's great since it's actually asynchronous. Leave a message for the property, they get back to you when they get back to you (usually within 10-20min) and the issue is resolved.
