think there is enough to do for five nights/ four days? We are walkers (although max out at four -five miles these days, so will Uber too).

pS pool crowded in summer? We love to swim laps.
I can't speak authoritatively on the "enough to do?" question, but I do know that a lot of activities and sites are more accessible in Summer than in Winter (Vieux Port, Mount Royal, parks/island, etc.). So I'm guessing the answer is Yes.

We found the official tourist/visitors site to be super useful in our planning. Visit Montréal | Tourisme Montréal | Travel Destination | Information (mtl.org)

Also not sure the pool situation in Summer, but you'd have had the ground-level pool all to yourself when we were there (har).
